摘要
[目的]通过观察三七总甙(PNS)对糖尿病肾病大鼠血栓素B2(TXB2)、6酮前列腺素F1α(6keto PGF1α)的影响,探讨PNS防治糖尿病肾病的作用及机制。[方法]采用高脂饲料喂养加尾静脉注射链脲佐菌素(STZ),建立2型糖尿病肾病大鼠模型,PNS低、高剂量组分别予PNS100、200mg/(kg·d)灌胃,12周后,测定空腹血糖(FBG)、血脂、24h尿微量清蛋白、TXB2、TXB2/6keto PGF1α。[结果]糖尿病组大鼠FBG、24h尿微量清蛋白、TXB2、TXB2/6keto PGF1α明显升高,PNS组以上各项指标均明显降低。[结论]PNS能有效防治糖尿病肾病的作用可能与降低TXB2、TXB2/6keto PGF1α有关。
[Objective] To explore the protective mechanism of Panax Nologinoside (PNS) on kidneys in diabetic rats by investigating the effect of PNS on thromboxane2 (TXB2) and 6-keto-prostaglandin1alpha(6-keto-PGF1α) of diabetic nephropathy rats. [Methods] Diabetic nephropathy rats were induced by injection of streptozotocin while fed with high fat laboratory chow. Diabetic rats were treated with low-dose PNS 100 mg/(kg · d) or high-dose PNS 200 mg/(kg · d). After the rats were treated for 12 weeks, the fasting blood glucose, blood lipid, urinary protein in 24 hour, TXB2, TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α were determined. [Results] The fasting blood glucose, blood lipid, urinary protein in 24h, TXB2 and TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α were markedly reduced in both dozes of PNS groups as compared with those in control group. [Conclusion]PNS possesses protective effects on diabetic nephropathy reduce, which may be related to reducing the levels of TXB2,TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α.
