摘要 应用模糊可靠性设计理论,在最苛刻的气压与液压试验条件下,研究了钢制薄壁内压圆筒模糊静强度的可靠度范围.结果表明,初始模糊屈服强度在气压试验时的最小可靠度范围为Rs1=98.14%~99.75%,在液压试验时为Rs2=91.64%~96.74%.初始模糊爆破强度在气压试验时的最小可靠度范围为Rb1=99.99954%~99.99999%,在液压试验时为Rb2=99.979798%~99.997928%. The reliability of the fuzzy static strength of the thin-wall internal pressure cylinders of steel was studied by using the design theory of fuzzy reliability under the worst test condition of gas pressure and liquid pressure. The result shows that the minimum reliability of the virgin fuzzy yield strength at gas pressure test was Ra1 =98. 14% ~99.75% , and was Ra2 =91.64% ~96.74% at liquid pressure test. The minimum reliability of virgin fuzzy explosion strength at gas pressure test was Rb1 = 99. 99954% ~ 99. 99999, and was Rb2 =99. 979798% ~ 99. 997928% at liquid pressure test.
