对原60kt/a硫酸装置空气净化器进行改造:改过去的一面进风为三面进风,增大了进风量;滤布采用卷帘式,可不停机连续更换;底部设有人孔及安全门,停工时便于操作工方便、安全进行清扫。

A retrofit was made of the original air purifiers imported from Denmark in 6 × 10^4t/a sulfuric acid plants. One-side ventilation was changed into three-side ventilation in order to increase ventilation, the coiled curtain filter cloth could be replaced continuously without downtime, a man hole and a safe door was set at the bottom for easy and safe cleaning in downtime.
