腰腹群针法配合远端取穴治疗单纯性肥胖病的疗效及其分子生物学作用机制的研究

Clinical Efficacy of Lumboabdominal Group Acupuncture plus Remote Point Selection for Treating Simple Obesity and the Study on Its Mechanism of Molecular Biologic Action

目的观察腰腹群针配合远端取穴治疗单纯性肥胖病的疗效及其分子生物学作用机制。方法随机将80例患者分为腰腹群针配合远端取穴组41例,常规体穴对照组39例,同时设立正常组20例。观察患者治疗前后肥胖指标,以及外周血清瘦素(leptin)、血清胰岛素(INS)的改善情况,并进行组内治疗前后比较和组间比较。结果与结论腰腹群针配合远端取穴治疗前后,减肥效应明显,与常规体穴对照比较,在改善腰围值及外周血清瘦素、血清胰岛素方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of lumbo-abdominal group plus remote point selection for treating simple obesity and its mechanism of molecular biologic action. Methods Eighty patients were randomly divided into a lumbar group acupuncture plus remote point selection group of 41 cases and a routine body point control group of 39 cases. A normal group of 20 cases was established at the same time. Obesity indices, peripheral serum leptin and serum insulin （INS） were observed in the patients before and after treatment. A comparison was made between pretreatment and posttreatment in the same group and between the groups. Results and conclusion Lumbo-abdominal group acupuncture plus remote point selection produced a marked weight-reducing effect. Waistline value, peripheral serum leptin and serum insulin significantly improved as compared with the routine body point control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）.
