曲池穴针刺治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床观察

Clinical Observations on the Treatment of 96 Chronic Urticaria Patients by Point Quchi Acupuncture

目的观察针刺治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法将96例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为治疗组47和对照组49例,治疗组采用针刺双侧曲池穴,对照组口服西替利嗪,比较两组疗效及风团数量、大小,瘙痒程度及发作次数。结果与结论两组治疗前后患者风团数量、风团大小、瘙痒程度、每星期发作次数组内比较有显著差异(P<0.01),治疗组患者上述各指标改善均优于对照组(P<0.01);两组疗效有显著差异(P<0.01),表明治疗组疗效优于对照组。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of acupuncture on chronic urticaria, Method Ninety-six patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into a treatment group of 47 cases and a control group of 49 cases. The treatment group was treated by needling bilateral points Quchi （ LI 11 ） and the control group, by oral administration of cetrizet. The curative effect, the amount and size of wheals, the degree of itching and the number of attacks were compared between the two groups. Results and Conclusion There were significant differences in the amount and size of wheals, the degree of itching and the number of attacks between pretreatment and posttreatment in the two groups of patients （P 〈 0.01 ）. The above indices were better in the treatment group than in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was a significant difference in curative effect between the two groups（ P 〈 0.01 ）. It is showed that the curative effect was better in the treatment group than in the control group.
