穴位注射治疗高脂血症疗效观察

Observations on the Curative Effect of Point Injection on Hyperlipidemia

目的观察丹参注射液穴位注射治疗高脂血症的疗效。方法采用丹参注射液穴位注射曲池、足三里、三阴交、丰隆治疗高脂血症患者29例,与舒降之每晚服用20mg22例进行对照比较。结果两组治疗前后的血脂比较均有明显差异(P<0.01),两组治疗后血脂比较降TC、LDLC无明显差异(P>0.05)。丹参注射液穴位注射治疗混合性高脂血症,低高密度脂蛋白血症明显优于舒降之(P<0.01)。结论丹参注射液穴位注射可有效治疗高脂血症。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of point injection of Radix Salviae Mihiorrhizae for treating hyperlipidemia.Methods Twenty-nine hyperlipidemia patients wrere treated by injection of Radix Salviae Mihiorrhizae into points Ouehi （ LI 11 ） ,Zusanli （ ST 36） , Sanyinjiao（ SP 6） and Fenglong （ ST 40）. The effect was compared with that of simvastatin 20 mg at night in 22 patients. Results There was a significant difference in blood lipid between pretreatment and posttreatment in both groups （P 〈 0.01 ）.There were no significant differences in TC and LDL-C between the two groups after treatment （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Point injection of Radix Salviae Mihiorrhize was significantly better than simvastatin in treating mixed hyperlipidemia, and high and low density lipoproteinemia （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Point injection of Radix Salviae Mihiorrhizae is effective in treating hyoerlipidemia.
