摘要
报道了工业测量传感器集成技术的一般概念,现代工业用几何形态传感器的主要类别,现有的以及待研制的工业测量传感器集成系统的品种,构建传感器集成系统的基本技术支撑,并提出了几种工业测量传感器集成系统的初步构思。
This paper briefly introduces the main classifications of modern geometric sensors and several technical supports, and gives some ideas for several integrated systems to be developed.
