不同原因贫血患者183例血象和骨髓象分析

The analysis of hemogram and myelogram in different amenic patiens among 183 cases

目的通过对缺铁性贫血(IDA)、巨幼红细胞性贫血(MA)、再生障碍性贫血(AA),溶血性贫血(HA)、病原微生物感染性贫血、慢性疾病性贫血(ACD)的血象和骨髓象的比较分析,以探讨不同原因贫血的实验室鉴别诊断。方法用CD-1700血球记数仪进行全血分类记数。骨髓形态学检查采用瑞氏染色,普鲁士蓝染色,观察细胞内外铁。结果不同原因贫血在血象和骨髓象方面既有共同点又具有明显不同点。结论对贫血患者的实验室诊断,要从血象和骨髓象上全面分析考虑,方能做出正确的实验室诊断,为临床进一步诊断和治疗提供重要依据。

Objective To explore the lab assays and diagnosis of some anemia by means of comparison and analysis of hemogram and myelogram among iron deficiency anemia （IDA）, aplastic anemia （AA） of megaloblastic anemia （MA）, hemolytic anemia（HA） ,pathogenic microorganism infective anemia and anemia of chronic disease（ACD）, Methods Whole blood classification count was made with CD-1700 blood corpuscle counter;the Wright＇s staining was adopted for bone marrow morphology test ;Prussian blue staining was also employed to observe the cells＇ internal and external iron contents. Results The mentioned anemia diseases not only have common ground but also the obvious unlikeness in hemogram and myelogram. Conclusion For lab diagnosis of anemia patients,only with full considerations and analysis made from hemogram and myelogram can we conclude the correct lab confirmation to lay a solid foundation for further clinic diagnosis and treatment.
