闭合性十二指肠损伤的诊断及治疗体会

A retrospective study of the diagnosis and treatment of closed duodenal truma

目的探讨闭合性十二指肠损伤的诊断及治疗要点。方法对12例闭合性十二指肠损伤的临床症状、诊断要点及处理方法进行分析。结果12例均为术中探查时确诊,术后全部治愈。结论闭合性十二指肠损伤治疗的关键是早期诊断,选择合适的术式及充分的十二指肠引流。

Objective To study diagnosis and treatment of closed duodenal trauma, Methods The clinical features,diagnostic points and treatment methods of twelve cases with closed duodenal trauma were analysed, Results The twelve cases were validated by laparotomy and cured by surgical methods. Conclusion In order to treat closed duodenal trauma,it is necessary to diagnose early,choose appropriate surgical methods and conduct temporary drainage of the duodenum.
