摘要
介绍了Pro/E在模具设计中应用以及CimatronV12环境下的CAM实现。通过手机面板的模具设计,阐述了Pro/Moldesign的模具设计流程与技术优势。并运用Cimatron对手机凸模进行了加工刀路设计,模拟其加工过程。
Both the application of Pro/E in mold design and the realization of CAM based on Cimatron V12 are introduced. Mold design process and technological advantages of Pro/Moldesign are stated by mold design of mobile phone panel. Furthermore, convex mold of mobile phone is designed in processing feed route based on Cimatron, and its manufacture process is simulated.
