外露骨架式轴唇圈两开模具的设计与制造

摘要 通过改进分型面设计和封胶环设计并采用热装的方法,将外露骨架式轴唇圈的模具由四开模结构改为两开模结构,硫化时可更好地适用于机械和手工起模,起模时间缩短2/3,由于取消了四开模结构的尖点封胶环,改为骨架厚度过盈的方法阻断胶料外溢,模具在生产过程中磨损比较轻微,较大程度地提高了模具使用寿命。 By improving parting surface design and sealing ring design, and adapting thermal assembling process, the mold of outer framing axial side ring can be changed from forth-mold-opening structure into twice-mold-opening system, so that it is more adapted to mechanism and pattern drawing by hand in sulphurd, and the pattern drawing time can reduce 2/3. Whilst the top seal ring of forth-mold-opening structure is deleted, and changed into interference fit joint method of frame to interdict robber material overflow, hence, the abrasion of mold can be lighter in the process of manufacture, and the life of mold can be improved largely as well.
