摘要
介绍了一套轮对参数非接触自动检测系统,针对该系统中由多传感器及系统标定值融合处理而产生的多误差源,进行了详细的分析估算。检测结果表明:分析结果完全符合最终检测精度,这种分析方法是合理的、正确的。
A non-contact and automatical measuring system for railway wheels geometric parameters is presented in this paper. Focusing on several sensors of system, calibration and data processing, all sorts of error sources are analyzed and calculated too. And the measured results show that analysis results are in accordance with final measured results, so the accuracy analysis in this paper is reasonable and correct.
