摘要
结合国内外精密铸造发展状况,从产品研制实际情况出发,以弯波导组件为例,通过几种方法的比较及大量试验,证明了采用“波导弯头与标准波导管拼焊”工艺是制造馈电网络切实可行的方法,特别是针对兼有E/H的空间弯波导组件,其优势更加明显。
On the basis of the radar production experience and manufacture practice,paper shows that the moulding of the feed network is feasible through comparison of several methods and examination of a lot of experiments, especially for E/H dimension curved waveguide component。
