摘要 微生物基因组测序在当今生命科学领域的研究中起着重要作用.本文通过对主要测序方法—鸟枪法的介绍,阐明了微生物全基因组序列的测定与注释在基因组学的进一步研究中的广阔领域. Nowdays in the research on life science, it becomes more and more important to sequence thegenome of the microbe. Its main methord “shot gun”is introduced in this paper, at the same time, the vast outreach of the genome Sequecing and its explaination is stated.
