摘要
目的完善党参理中浓缩丸的质量控制方法。方法采用RPHPLC法对党参理中浓缩丸中甘草酸进行定量分析;同时对制剂中其他主要药味甘草、党参、白术进行薄层鉴别。结果平均回收率为99.37%,RSD为1.22%(n=5)。结论方法可靠、准确,专属性强,本法可有效控制党参理中浓缩丸的质量。
OBJECTIVE To improve the quality control method for Dangshen Lizhong concentrated pills. METHODS Glycyrrhizic acid was determined by RP-HPLC. Radix Glycyrrhizae, Radix Codonopsis, and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae were identified by TLC. RESULTS The average recovery was 99.37% and RSD was 1.22% （n=5）. CONCLUSIONS The method is reliable, accurate and specific. It can be used for the quality control of Dangshen Lizhong concentrated pills .
