摘要
目的从玉竹中分离提取玉竹多糖,研究玉竹多糖对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的糖尿病大鼠的影响。方法采用热水提取,乙醇多次沉淀获得玉竹多糖。链脲佐菌素一次性腹腔注射建立高血糖大鼠模型,玉竹多糖分别按1、3、10g·kg-1·d-1灌胃给药,玉竹多糖A、B、C各组分均按10g·kg-1·d-1灌胃给药,于给药前、给药后1、3、7d尾静脉取血,血糖仪测定血糖水平。结果玉竹多糖灌胃剂量为10g·kg-1和3g·kg-1时能显著降低STZ诱导糖尿病大鼠血糖水平(P<0.01);灌胃剂量为10g·kg-1时玉竹多糖B组显著降低STZ诱导糖尿病大鼠血糖(P<0.01)。结论玉竹多糖具有降低STZ诱导糖尿病大鼠血糖的作用,其作用呈现一定的量效关系,玉竹多糖B组分为其有效部位。
OBJECTIVE To extract the polysaccharide from polygonatum odoratum and to determine its hypoglycemic effect on diabetic rats. METHODS Polygonatum odoratum was extracted with boiled water and polysaccharide was obtained by depositing the extraction with ethanol. The diabetic rats were established with STZ which was injected into the abdominal cavity. The polysaccharide from polygonatum odoratum was orally administrered with the dosage 1,3, and 10g·kg^-1·d^-1, and the polysaccharide A, B, and C from polygonatum odoratum were orally administered with the dosage 10g·kg^-1·d^-1.Blood samples Were collected from tail veins, and then the blood glucose level was determined. RESULTS Oral administration of the polysaccharide from polygonatum odoratum to STZ induced diabetic rats with the dosage 3 g·kg^-1and 10g·kg^-1 could decrease the blood glucose level significantly (P〈0.01), the polysaccharide B from polygonatum odoratum with the oral dosage 10 g·kg^-1 could decrease the blood glucose level significantly (P〈0.01) . CONCLUSIONS The polysaccharide from polygonatum odoratum can decrease the blood glucose level in STZ induced diabetic rats in a dosage-dependent manner. The polysaccharide B from polygonatum odoratum plays an effective role.
