应用湿润烧伤膏治疗面部Ⅱ度烧伤的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of MEBO on Ⅱ°burned face

目的探索面部Ⅱ度烧伤的最佳疗法。方法对我院1998年1月至2004年5月收治的烧伤患者中随机抽取了143例烧伤患者进行调查分析。对目前常用的湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗(M组)和磺胺嘧啶银(SDAg)干燥暴露治疗(S组)、0.5%碘伏(PVPI)半暴露治疗(I组)进行对比分析。结果M组平均创面愈合时间15.3d,色素改变10/51,瘢痕形成3/51,创面感染2/51。均低于S组和I组。结论MEBO对面部Ⅱ度烧伤的治疗优于SDAg干燥暴露和0.5%PVPI半暴露疗法。

OBJECTIVE To explore the best treatment for Ⅱ°burned face. METHODS One hundred and forty-three burned patients were randomly selected from the burned case bank who had been treated in our hospital from Jan, 1998 to May, 2004.The treatment effect of the present three routine treatment schedules of burned cases, i.e. the MEBO （M group）, the SD-Ag（S group）, and 0.5% PVP-I （I group） were compared. RESULTS The average length of wound heal was 15.3 days, and the percentage of pigmentation was 10/51, and scar formation was 3/51, and infection of cut part was 2/51 for M group. All these indicators were lower than those of S group and I group. CONCLUSIONS MEBO had better treatment effect than SD-Ag （Sgroup） and PVP-I （I group） for Ⅱ°burn.
