初诊急性白血病患儿细胞免疫功能研究

摘要 目的:探讨急性白血病患儿细胞免疫功能。方法:32例急性白血病外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、血清白介素-2(IL-2)及可溶性白介素-2受体(sIL-2)水平检测,分别采用APAAP法、ELISA法和双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法。结果:与对照组比较,急性白血病患儿外周血CD3、CD4、CD8百分率、CD4/CD8比值以及血清IL-2水平明显降低(P<0.01),sIL-2R水平则明显升高(P<0.01),sIL-2R水平则明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:急性白血病患儿细胞免疫功能低下且紊乱。 Objective: To study of cellular immune function in children with acute leukemia. Methods: The levels of T lymphocyte subsets, serum interleukin-2(IL-2) and soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R) of children with acute leukemia were determined by APAAP, ELISA and double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked irnmunoassay method, respectively. Results: The percentages of CD3,CD4, CD8 and the ratio of CD4 and CD8 as well as the level of IL-2 were lower, while the level of sIL-2R was higher in these children than those in the healthy children(P〈0. 01). Conclusion: The children with acute leukemia have a poor cellular immune function.
