经尿道前列腺电切术与双极汽化治疗良性前列腺增生症的疗效比较 被引量:2

Comparison of effects of transurethral prostatectomy and plasma kinetic vaporization of the prostate for benign prostatic hyperplasia

摘要 目的比较经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)与双极汽化术治疗(PKVP)良性前列腺增生症的疗效。方法将100例确诊为良性前列腺增生症的患者,分为两组(各50例),分别行TURP与PKVP治疗,观察两组的手术时间、术中失血量、术后血钠浓度和术后留置导尿时间。结果两组治疗后IPSS、QOL评分及尿流率均较术前明显好转,组间比较差异无显著性。两组手术时间、术中失血量、术后血钠浓度及术后留置导尿时间差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。PKVP手术时间短,术中失血量少,术后血钠浓度无明显降低,术后留置导尿时间短。结论两种术式治疗效果相似,但PKVP较TURP更为安全,容易掌握。
