从气血理论学说出发,论述眼与气血的生理病理关系。概述了眼底病的临床辨证方法。对目前临床常用的辨证方法进行本质剖析,提出眼底病临证当以气血辨证为核心,眼底病治疗以调和气血为要旨。

According to the qixue （气血） theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the physiology and pathology relationship between eye and qixue were discussed in this article. The methods of clinical syndromes differentiation for ocular fundus diseases were summarized and analyzed. It is concluded that qixue syndromes differentiation is the core piece of diagnose and the qixue adjustment is the most important for the treatment.
