肝细胞癌的基因免疫治疗

摘要 肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是导致癌性死亡的第三大原因,每年有100万新病例.目前更多的治疗手段是外科、移植、放疗或化疗及基因等综合治疗,其中基因免疫治疗被认为是最有前途的研究方向之一.现仅就肝细胞癌最近的治疗热点基因免疫治疗作一综述.
