摘要
对TC4钛合金薄板激光焊和电子束焊接头的疲劳性能进行了试验研究,测试了不同应力水平下的疲劳寿命。采用统计分析的方法研究了TC4钛合金薄板母材及其高能束流焊接接头的中值疲劳寿命。分析了焊接工艺条件对接头疲劳强度的影响。结果表明,在高应力水平时,TC4钛合金高能束流焊接接头的疲劳寿命低于母材的疲劳寿命,在低应力水平时,TC4钛合金高能束流焊接接头的疲劳寿命高于母材的疲劳寿命。
Fatigue strength of TC4 titanium alloy sheet and its laser beam and electron beam welded joints was investigated experimentally. The median fatigue life values of the welded joints, under various stress levels, were evaluated by statistic approach. The effect of welding condition on the fatigue life of the joints was analyzed. It was found that the fatigue life of the high density beam welded joint, under higher stress levels, was shorter than that of the base metal, however, the fatigue life of the high density beam welded joints was longer than that of the base metal under lower stress levels.
