摘要
目的探讨125I近距离插植治疗前列腺癌的疗效。方法41例前列腺癌病人,其中21例行125I近距离插植放疗,20例行双睾去势+内分泌治疗。对两组中条件基本相同的病人进行对照研究。结果行125I近距离插植放疗的前列腺癌病人PSA明显下降,前列腺体积明显缩小。与双睾去势+内分泌治疗的病人比较,具有显著性差异。结论125I近距离插植治疗T1~T2期前列腺癌疗效高,可在临床适当推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of ^125I implantation brachytherapy on the patients with prostatic carcinoma. Methods Forty-one patients with prostatic carcinoma were cured in our hospital during June 2001 to February 2004. Among them,21 cases treated by ^125I implantation brachytherapy, 20 cases treated by bilateral testicle emasculation plus endocrine therapy. Contrast analysis between the ^125I implantation group （ 10 cases ） and emasculation group （ 14 cases） was perforemed, these cases had same basic qualifications （ stage T1-T2,etc. ）. Results The PSA level was declined and the prostatic volume was minitied in the ^125I implantation group. There were significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion The ^125I implanlation brachytherapy for the patients with T1 to T2 prostaic carcinoma is effective, and is suitable to application in hospital.
