机械通气在抢救老年急性心肌梗死患者中的应用

Application of mechanical ventilation in saving aged patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的评估机械通气在抢救老年急性心肌梗死患者中的应用效果。方法对39例老年急性心肌梗死、心功能(Killip分级)Ⅲ级以上患者行机械通气,对治疗前后的临床表现、动脉血气、血流动力学指标进行分析。结果39例老年急性心肌梗死、心功能(Killip分级)Ⅲ级以上患者经机械通气治疗后,35例临床症状明显好转,血气分析及血流动力学指标明显改善,抢救成功率89.7%;4例死亡,病死率10.3%。结论机械通气对抢救老年急性心肌梗死、心功能(Killip分级)Ⅲ级以上患者有较好的疗效。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of mechanical ventilation in saving aged patients with acute myocardial infarction （AMI）. Methods The clinic manifestation, arterial blood gas, and hemodynamics before and after mechanical ventilation of 39 aged AMI patients with heart function upwards of Killip Ⅲ grade.Results After mechanical ventilation, clinic manifestation, arterial blood gas and hemodynamics were improved remarkably in 35 aged AMI patients. The success rate was 89.7%. Four patents were failure,the case fatality rate was 10.3%. Conclusion Mechanical ventilation is effective on aged AMI patients with heart function upward of Killip Ⅲ grade.
