摘要 目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术对病人肝功能的影响。方法选取29例腹腔镜胆囊切除术和9例开腹胆囊切除病人作为研究对象,抽取外周血测定术前、术后24h,48h及72h血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)及谷草转氨酶(AST)的变化。结果腹腔镜组病人术后24h和48hALT和AST水平明显增高,而开腹切除组无明显变化。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术可引起肝脏转氨酶的暂时性升高。 Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) on liver function.Methods Blood samples from 29 patients who underwent LC and 9 patients who underwent open cholecystectomy ( OC ) were collected. The levels of serum alanine aminotrasferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotrasferase (AST) before and after the operations were measured respectively. Results The levels of serum ALT and AST were increased significantly during the first 24 and 48 hours after LC, but there were no significant changes in OC. Conclusion The levels of ALT and AST are elevaed transiently after LC.
