摘要
通过实例分析风景资源分布与行政区划的关系,提出在风景资源跨行政区界分布时风景区划界应遵循的原则和程序。
The principles and procedures that should be followed when dividingboundaries of scenic spots concerning trans-administrative districts are put forward after analyzing the relationship between landscape resources and the division of district in case study.
