摘要
介绍了一种以超轻型飞机为平台的数码遥感系统,利用4K×5K大面阵CCD相机获取低空大比例尺真彩色数字航空影像,具有高分辨率、高成像质量优势,并有方便计算机处理管理、快速、低成本的特点,可在土地资源信息化管理中发挥重大作用.该系统可广泛应用于生产和更新大比例尺土地利用图件,如1:500、1:1 000、1:2 000比例尺专题图.尤其适合于小城镇、村庄、大型厂矿企业的土地利用信息的快速获取,可以弥补传统航空摄影技术的薄弱环节,对机场和天气条件的依赖性小,该机2~3座,无需专用机场,可以在公路和硬草地起降,摄影飞行高度100~1 000m,地面分辨率0.02~0.2m.工作日8:00~17:00光照条件均可摄影,并能在阴天云下摄影.每架次可连续飞行3小时以上.
A light airborne remote sensing system with large array CCD camera (4K×5K)is studied in this paper. It can be used to acquire color, high-resolution and high-quality air-photo for landuse application and land resource management. In small towns, villages, large factories or mines, it is an ideal and low cost tool to complete low altitude remote sensing job, especially for landuse statistic map (scales of 1:500, 1 : 1000, 1:2000) production and updating. It can be installed in a light small airplane with 2-3 seats. The small plane is not depended upon normal airport, it can take off and touch down on the common ground, such as a section of road or a piece of hard grassland. The whole system can be working at 100 -1000meters flight altitude for more than 3 hours, taking images with 0. 02-0. 2meters ground resolution in sunshine condition during 8:00-17:00, even taking images under clouds.
