分析了一个锅炉制造企业的信息化建设案例。首先,简单介绍了案例企业在实施信息化之前存在的问题、信息化建设的指导思想、系统的总体结构和实施效果;其次,从管理角度介绍了一些关键性的项目管理工作,主要包括项目范围规划、项目组织、项目风险分析、工作分解结构和项目控制;最后,从技术角度介绍了工程建设过程中的几个关键技术,包括企业建模技术、信息分类编码技术和系统集成技术。
It analyzes a case of a boiler manufacturing enterprise information, introduces some items such as some trouble of the enterprise, structure of the information system and the effect of practice information, Then it discusses some pivotal works of project management from the point of view of management. These works include scope planning, project organization, risk analysis, work breaking-up structure and project control. It shows the detail on enterprise modeling, information classing ＆ coding, and system integration.
