摘要 目的:建立一种能同时独立评价胰岛B细胞功能和胰岛素敏感性的方法.方法:联合静脉葡萄糖耐量试验(IVGTT)与高胰岛素-正常葡萄糖钳夹术(简称正糖钳夹术)-即Botnia钳夹术,评估13例健康女性志愿者的胰岛B细胞功能与胰岛素敏感性,并与常规正糖钳夹术进行比较.结果:Botnia钳夹术与常规正糖钳夹术稳态期(150~180 min)葡萄糖代谢率分别为(13.11±1.71)mg/(kg·min)和(13.34±1.41)mg/(kg·min),P>0.05;稳态期血糖浓度分别为(5.14±0.12)mmol/L和(5.15±0.14)mmol/L,P>0.05.结论:IVGTT并不影响随后正糖钳夹术中稳态葡萄糖代谢率.Botnia钳夹术可同时评价胰岛B细胞功能和胰岛素敏感性,是一种值得推广的方法. Objective :To establish a method for independent assessment of insulin secretion and insulin ,sensitivity (SI) simultaneously. Methods:B-cell function and insulin sensitivity in 13 healthy feminine subjects were axscesed by applying intravenous glucose tolerance test combined with hyperinsulinemic-euglycemic-clamp and the test was compared with regular hyperinsulinemic-euglycemic-clamp. Results :There was no signal statistical difference when camparcd the stable ( 150 ~ 180 min)M-value obtained during the Botnia clamp with the stable M-value from a regular hyperinsulinemic-cuglycemic - clamp ( 13.11 ± 1.71mg/( kg· min),13.34 ± 1.41mg/(kg·min) ,respectively, P〉0.05). Stable glucose concentrations were (5.14 ± 0.12) mmol/L and(5.15 ± 0.14)mmol/L, respectively, P 〉0.05. Conclusion : The prior glucose bolus does not affect the following euglycemic clamp. The Botnia clamp is a useful method for simultaneous independent assessment of insulin secretion and insulin sensitivity.
