摘要
采用机械共混法和热本体聚合法制备抗菌型高抗冲PS(HIPS),通过定性和定量试验对抗菌型HIPS的抗菌活性进行了测定与分析。结果表明,用机械共混法和热本体聚合法制得的抗菌型HIPS都具有强抗菌活性,抗菌率分别达95%和99%以上;在热本体聚合法中,对所用PSK11中的抗菌组分的表面处理能有效地提高产物在短接触时间下的抗菌活性;通过这两种方法制备的抗菌型HIPS未产生变色,在放置3年后对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率均超过99%,表现出优异的抗菌稳定性、持久性。
High impact polystyrene (HIPS) with antibacterial activity was prepared by means ot mechanically blending and thermal-initiated bulk polymerization, and their antibacterial activities were measured and analyzed via quantitative and qualitative tests. The results indicated that the antibacterial HIPS samples prepared by means of mechanically blending and thermal-initiated bulk polymerization all had strong antibacterial activity against E. coli, whose antibacterial percentage exceed 95 % and 99%, respectively. In the latter method, the surface treatment of the antibacterial component contained in parent stock PSK-11 could effectively increase the antibacterial activity of the prepared antibacterial HIPS within a short contacting time. The antibacterial HIPS samples prepared by the setwo methods were not discolored and possessed the antibacterial percentage higher than 99 % against E. coli (ATCC 25922) and Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 6538) after laid aside for 3 years, exhibiting excellent stability and durability in the antibacterial activity.
