摘要
血栓性疾病是严重危害人类健康的疾病,临床上应用的许多溶栓药物大多都存在着缺陷,溶纤酶作为一种新型的溶栓药物克服了许多溶栓药物的缺点正被广泛的研究与利用。本实验目的是从豆豉、腐乳等发酵豆制品中筛选出产溶纤酶活力高的菌株,为开发高溶纤酶活性的溶栓药物奠定基础。
Thromboembolism is a serious disease that disserving people health at present day.Many clinical thrombolitics have faults, fibrinolytic enzyme as a new thrombolitics was popular applied for it conqueied many faults. The study's objective is screening strains with high yield of producing fibrinolytic enzyme from Chinese lobster sauce,preservde beancurd, provides a reliable basis for the development of thrombolitics with high fibrinolytic enzyme.
