摘要
研究了肉桂酸、肉桂酸乙酯经UV光照后的低温燐光性质,在1mol/LHClk中UV光照使其反式异构化为顺式,燐光分别增强5与10倍。加碱碱化后燐光进一步增强2与5倍。讨论了两药燐光产生的机制,建立了低温燐光分析法,检出限分别为75与110μg/L。
The phosphorescence of cis, trans-cinnamic acid and ethyl cinnamate were investigated after ultraviolet irradiation, trans-form of cinnamic acid and ethyl cinnamate turned to cis-form after photochemical reaction in 1 mol/L and the phosphorescence increases significantly (5 times for cinnamic acid and 10 times for ethyl cinnamate), the phosphoroescence of c/s-form formed in acid was further increasing 2 and 5 times respectively after (for cinnamic acid from 21 increase to 45; for ethylcinnamate form 17 increase 97 ) addition of excess NaOH. The mechanism of phosphorescence process for two cis-compounds were discussed and a phosphorimetric method for the determination of 2 compounds were established with least detection of 75 and 110μg/L.
