摘要
采用体阻抗法对6~21岁在校学生进行体成分测量,研究和探讨学生体成分的年龄和性别特点。不同性别16个年龄阶段的共计1034名在校学生参加测试。研究结果发现,年龄和性别因素对体脂肪、无机盐、蛋白质与水分含量有明显影响;6~21岁阶段男、女学生体成分各项指标呈现典型的S型发育曲线特征;青春发育期后,男、女学生身体体成分开始出现明显性别差异。
Body composition can reflect health condition of junior students at certain degree. It is an important part in studying physical fitness. Adopting analyzing apparatus of human body composition (In Body 3. 0) and multi-segments body components analyzing technology, this paper measures the body composition of 1034 students aged at 6-12 years old. The result shows that the content of body liquid, protein,mineral salt and fat increase as they grow up,but increasing speed between genders at different age phase is difference. There exists significantly difference for different genders. The percentages of male and female student's body composition in weight tend to regulation change with the increase of age.
