摘要
给出圆柱形谐振腔在部分充填圆环形介质时模式的解析分析方法,并根据介质接触面上所满足的导纳匹配条件,推导出微波腔中TE011模和TM111模的本征方程,由于介质的存在导致两个方程不同,使均匀腔中原本为简并模的TE011、TM111模谐振频率发生差异,即出现了模式分裂现象;并采用数值算法分别计算了不同介电常数、不同位置、不同厚度的圆环介质对于TE011模、TM111模谐振频率及两模式分裂程度的影响,得到有益的结论,对消除微波腔中简并模式的干扰有很好的借鉴意义。这解决了氢原子频标小型微波腔设计中TM111模模式抑制的问题。
The purpose of the paper is to deduce the mode separation between TE011 and TM111 mode in ring dielectric-loaded cylindrical cavities. Two characteristic equations of TE011 and TM111 mode are obtained in ring dielectricloaded cylindrical cavities. The mode separation between the degenerate modes of TE011 and TM111 can be concluded from two equations. The ring dielectric of different permittivity, different location and different thickness is calculated by numerical method to study the influence to TE011 and TM111 mode and excited result is concluded. This conclusion is helpful to eliminate the unwanted degenerate modes in hydrogen frequency standard.
