为改善武器装备可靠性,节省装备的使用、维修费用,提高装备的效能和使用寿命,将武器装备可靠性费用定义为全寿命周期内用于获取、提高装备可靠性而产生的费用,并将其进一步划分为可靠性工作费用和冗余费用两大部分。从效费分析的角度考虑了可靠性费用的建模与优化问题,提出了一种可靠性费用建模与优化的综合方法。

The concept of the reliability rest of weapons and military equipment is studied, which is defined to be the cost for achieving and improving the reliability of weapons and military equipment during their life cycles. Reliability cost is further divided into cost for reliability working items and redundant cost. A general framework of reliability cost estimation and optimization is given, which puts the problem of reliability rest into the field of cost-benefit analysis.
