摘要
本文从机理方面详尽介绍了膨润土对球团性能的影响,并在文章中引入了膨润土纤维结构的观点,同时对润磨工艺进行了研究,结果表明:润磨有利于纤维结构的形成,可提高生球强度,降低膨润土用量和提高预热球、成品球的强度。
The effect of bemonitc on spheric agglomeration of iron ores was investigated,and the viewpoint of bemonite fiber was introduced.Meanwhile wet-grinding process was studied,the results showed that wet-grinding was propitious to form bentonite fiber,and it could improve the strength of taw iron ores ball,decrease the usage of bentonite,improve the strength of preheated iron ores ball and finished product ball.
