摘要
右曲杆是立式吊具强度最薄弱的杆件,利用机构的受力分析方法确定了吊具右曲杆的受力大小及方向,在此基础上用有限元法对其进行了应力场分析,发现右曲杆受拉区内凹部分应力集中严重,是其薄弱环节;且现场应力测试结果表明有限元计算值与实际相符。根据理论分析和实际研究结果,提出了改善右曲杆强度的相应措施。
The developed vertical coil tong consists of many pole members, of which the fight flexural pole is the weakest in strength. Force analysis of the tong is conducted and the value and orientation of the force exerted on the flexural pole is determined. Stress field analysis of the pole reveals that the concave area has heavy stress concentration and is the weakest area. Field tests are performed and the results conform to the above theoretical calculation ones. Measures taken to improve the strength of the right flexural pole are presented according to the theoretical study and tests.
