Bcl-2、Fas-L蛋白在胰腺癌及癌旁组织中的表达及意义

Expressions and clinical significance of Bcl-2 and Fas-L in pancreatic cancers and peritumoral tissues

目的:探讨胰腺癌及癌旁组织的Bcl-2、Fas-L蛋白表达,并分析其临床意义。方法:对41例胰腺癌、26例癌旁组织、10例正常胰腺组织石蜡标本进行Bcl-2、Fas-L单抗的免疫组化染色。结果:胰腺癌Bcl-2、Fas-L蛋白表达阳性分别为68.3%、63.4%,在癌旁组织中表达阳性分别为43.2%、34.6%,其阳性率间有显著差异(P<0.05)。Bcl-2蛋白表达阳性率在临床Ⅰ、Ⅱ期和病理学高分化癌高于临床Ⅲ、Ⅳ期和病理学低分化癌高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。Fas-L蛋白表达阳性率在临床分期和病理学分化上无差异。正常胰腺有Bcl-2染色阳性3例;而Fas-L未见染色阳性,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:Bcl-2、Fas-L蛋白的表达与胰腺癌的发生有关;胰腺癌旁组织中某些细胞Bcl-2、Fas-L染色阳性,这些细胞较易发生癌变,使胰腺癌呈多中心性发生。

Objective ： To explore the Bcl-2 and Fas-ligand（Fas-L） expressions and their significance in pancreatic cancer and peritumoral tissues. Methods： Immunohistochemical staining for Bel-2 and Fas-L was performed in formalinfixed paraffin embedded samples from 41 cases of pancreatic cancer, 26 of nommalignat peritumoral tissues, and 10 of normal pancreatic tissues. Results：The difference was significant in ttle positive rates Bcl-2 and Fas-L expressions between pancreatic cancer and peritumoral tissues （68.3％ and 63.4％ vs. 43.2％ and 34.6％ , P 〈 0.05）. The positive rates of Bcl-2 expression in clinical stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ and highly differentiated cancers were higher than that in clinical stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ and poorly differentiated cancers （ P 〈 0.05）. There was no difference in Bcl-2 expression among different clinical stages and different differentiated cancers. Three samples from normal pancreatic tissues were stained positively for Bcl-2, but no sample was stained positively for Fas-L. Conclusion：Bcl-2 and Fas-igand expressions are involved in the carcinogenesis of pancreatic cancers. The nonmalignant cells positively stained in peritumoral tissues for Bcl-2 and Fas-L might be susceptible to the carcinogenesis of pancreatic cancers。
