溃疡性结肠炎的超声诊断价值

Value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of ulcerative colitis

目的:探讨超声检查对溃疡性结肠炎的诊断价值。方法:对46例临床诊断明确的溃疡性结肠炎病人进行超声检查,并与纤维结肠镜检查对照,观察其超声图像特点。结果:溃疡性结肠炎声像图特征性表现为肠壁增厚,回声减低,肠腔变窄,肠气消失。结论:超声检查可以用于溃疡性结肠炎的诊断与疗效观察。

Objective： To study the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of ulcerative colitis. Methods：Ultrasound examination was performed in 46 patients with clinically diagnosed ulcerative colitis, and the ultrasonic characteristics wer eobserved. Resuits ： The ultrasonic charaeteristics of ulcerative colitis were the thickening of intestinal wall with decreased echo, narrowing of intestinal lumen, and loss of gas in it， Conclusion：Ultrasound exanlination ean be used as an assistant method to diagnose and evaluate the treatment of ulcerative colitis。
