覆冰绝缘子长串交流闪络特性和放电过程研究 被引量:48

STUDY ON AC FLASHOVER PERFORMANCE AND PROCESS OF LONG ICED INSULATOR STRINGS

摘要 文中人工气候室模拟覆冰和低气压条件对XP-70、XWP2-160绝缘子(长)串和FXBW4-110/100合成绝缘子的交流闪络特性进行了试验研究,分析了覆冰绝缘子长串的电位分布和闪络前的泄漏电流;根据高速摄像机拍摄的照片,分析了覆冰绝缘子长串的闪络过程。结果表明,气压对覆冰绝缘子长串的闪络电压影响的特征指数与污秽绝缘子一致,覆冰是一种特殊的污秽形式;在试验研究的串长范围内,闪络电压与串长成线性关系;绝缘子串覆冰后电位分布的变化是覆冰绝缘子串闪络电压下降的主要原因,但其局部电弧发展成完全闪络所需的时间比污闪过程长,且受冰层的融化和冰凌状态的影响严重。 The artificial climate chamber with diameter 7.6m and height 11.6m is used, to simulate condition of hig haltitude and iced region, IEEE standard insulator (XP-70) and anti-pollution insulator (XWP2-160) as well as FXBW4-110/100 composite insulator are selected to do the AC flashover voltage experimentation on iced insulator strings, the potential distribution of iced insulator strings and the leakage current in flashover procession are tested, the flashover procession of long iced insulator string is recorded by high-speed camera. According the result of experiment, the air pressure have effect on flashover voltage, the relationship ofthe flashover voltage and the number of insulator is linear, and the change of potential distributing after insulator iced is the main reason that the outer insulation characteristic of iced insulator string declined.
