摘要
为提高超精密机床的加工精度,设计了一种双模参数自调整模糊控制器,其能根据误差和误差变化的大小实现两种模糊控制规则的自动切换和参数的自调整.针对所给定的超精密机床交流伺服系统,将该模糊控制器和PID控制器控制性能进行了仿真分析,仿真实验中模糊控制器的动态跟随性能和定位精度都明显优于PID控制器.结果表明,该模糊控制器能很好地适应交流伺服系统的非线性特点,其性能优于PID控制器.
In order to improve the machining precision of ultra precision machine tools, a kind of double-mode and parameter-adjustable fuzzy controller is designed. It can adjust the parameters and alternate the fuzzy control by itself according to the errors and error changes. In reference to the AC servo system of ultra precision machine tools, simulation analysis is performed for the fuzzy controller and PID controller. It shows the tracking characteristic a position precision of the fuzzy controller better than that of the PID controller. The result shows that the fuzzy control system is well adapted to the non-linear characteristics of the AC servo system that is better than PID controller.
