摘要
根据STM和AFM的扫描原理,通过CAM设计了一种新型偏心升降装置,使STM和AFM测试样品的高度大为增加,形成柔性测试系统。根据对实际工况的仿真研究,对装置进行了修改。
A novel eccentric hoisting device based on the CAM was presented according to the scanning theory of STM and AFM,which increased the measuring height of sample with STM and AFM and formed flexible measuring system. The device was improved through the simulation research of work conditions.
