摘要
介绍了加工中心对刀仪器测量刀具长度和刀具半径补偿数据的原理。进行了对刀仪的结构设计,并提出了改善结构设计的措施。分析了加工中心对刀仪器测量误差产生的原因和减少测量误差的措施。
The principle of the a compensate data for tools length and its radius, its structures design and measurement of improving structure were described. The reason of the measuring error in tool setting gauge for machining center and the method to reduce the measuring error were analyzed.
