摘要 介绍了多品种汽车混流机器人喷漆自动线上的北京顶喷漆机器人的组成、工作过程。详细阐述了三菱FX2NPLC控制程序设计,探讨了采用三菱FX2N PLC控制设备运行的方法。同时也介绍了该控制系统中F930图形操作终端用于生产自动线监控的方法。通过实际运行表明:该顶喷漆机器人控制系统的设计和开发应用是成功的,提高了生产效率。 The composing and working process of Beijing top painting robot on many different kinds of motor mixed production automatic line were introduced. The designing of Mitsubishi FX2N PLC control program was expounded and the methods on FX2N PLC controlling equipment running were discussed. The method using F930 GOT to scout and control the producing automatic line was introduced. The result of practical running indicates that the designing and developing and applying of this side painting robot control system are successful, which raises production efficiency.
