摘要
提出了一种新的减压阀流量特性的测量方法:一次填充法。该方法的原理是利用充气过程中的准平衡过程来分析减压阀的静态特性,它的主要优点是测量效率高、耗气量少、精度较高。本文通过对减压阀建模与仿真以及对仿真曲线和实验曲线比较,验证了该方法作为一种新的减压阀流量特性测量方法是切实可行的。
A new measurement method of the flow - rate characteristics of a regulator during one charge is proposed. The principle of the measurement method is to make use of the quasi-equilibrium section during one charge to analyze its static characteristics of the regulator. So it brings many advantages such as: high efficiency, less air consumption and good precision. Modeling and simulation were performed and results obtained from simulations and experiments were compared to verify the feasibility of the new measurement method.
