摘要
该设计采用图形编程语言LabVIEW 7.0在W in 2000下编写设计程序,实现整个测试系统在虚拟仪器界面上直接进行操作,实现信号采集、数据处理、绘制图表及存盘打印等功能。完成了电液比例流量阀的稳态控制特性、稳态负载特性、阶跃特性、曲线拟合等试验项目。可视化的操作界面,既减小了实验人员的工作强度又提高了工作效率和测试精度。
The virtual instrument design was programmed with the LabVIEW 7.0 on the platform Win 2000. The system can be operated directly on the interface, and can complete the signal-collecting, date processing, plot result, saving and printing. The tester can perform the steady controlling, steady loading, over stepping, curve fitting and other testing character of the electro-hydraulic proportional flow valve. The visual operating interface of the system can reduce the operator's working strength and improve the operating efficiency and the testing precision.
