摘要 用正交试验法讨论了节能清洗剂在涤纶或涤棉布用分散染料高温染色后的清洗工艺,如温度、时间、pH值、清洗剂加入量等.通过对色布清洗后的色光、强力、摩擦牢度等物理性质的测试以及与常规高温清洗工艺比较后,找出最佳洗涤工艺:(1)配方,洗染色涤纶布时,清洗剂用量为1 ̄2g/L,纯碱2g/L;洗染色涤/棉布时,只要用清洗剂,其用量为1g/L;(2)工艺流程,节能清洗剂洗涤(70℃,20min),热水冲洗(2min)、冷水冲洗(1min). The cleaning process with energy-saving cleaning agent was discussed in orthogonal terms for cleaning, after disperse dyeing, the polyester fibers and cotton / polyester blends dyed with disperse dyes at high temps. The factors, e.g., temps., time, pH values and cleaning agent amts. were considered. The phys. properties after washing (shade, strengths, crocking fastness etc.) were tested and compared with those from conventional high temp. washing. Optimum cleaning processes were obtained: (1) for dyed polyester fabrics, cleaning with 1-2 g/L cleaning agent and 2 g/L base, and for dyed T/C fabrics, cleaning with 1 g/L cleaning agent only; (2) with energy-saving cleaning agent, cleaning 20 min at 70℃ followed by hot washing (2 min) and cold washing (1 min).
