天然染料胭脂虫色素提取工艺的探讨

通过对天然染料胭脂虫色素提取工艺中温度、pH、天然胭脂虫用量、时间等影响因素正交设计分析和各单因素试验探讨得到最佳的提取工艺:天然胭脂虫用量100g/L,pH7～9,10～20min,75℃.

The best procedure of extracting the natural dye carmine from Dactylopius coccus costa was probed by the orthogonal expts, for the affecting factors such as temps., pH values, amts. of natural Dactylopius coccus costa and time, and the expts, for the individual factors. The optimal process was found to be natural Dactylopius coccus costa amt. at 100 g/L, pH at 7～9, and at 75℃ for 10～20 min.
