辨证论治治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Selection of Treatment According to Differential Diagnosis of Ulcerative Colitis

为探讨中医辨证论治对溃疡性结肠炎（UC）的治疗效果，将68例UC患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各34例,分别给予中医辨证分型治疗和西药柳氮磺吡啶结合肾上腺皮质激素治疗。治疗组和对照组有效率分别为94．1％和76.4％（P〈0．05），近期治愈率分别为61．8％和29．4％（P〈0.05）。结果表明，中医辨证治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效较好,且副作用较少。

The objective of the study was to evaluate the therapeutic effect of selection of treatment according to differential diagnosis（STADD） of ulcerative colitis（UC）,Sixty eight patients with UC were evenly divided into two groups,patients in group A（34 cases）received STADD,and patients in group B（34 cases）received salicylazosulfapyridine （SASP） plus adrenocortical hormone （ACH） treatment. As results,the effective rate and short-term cure rate in group A were 94.1% and 61.8%,while that in group B were 76.4% and 29.4%（ P〈0.05, P〈0.05）. These suggest that selection of treatment according to differential diagnosis of UC is better in therapeutic effect and less in side effect.
