益气生血汤治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜45例

The Treatment of Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura(ITP) with Yiqi Shengxue Decoction(YSD,益气生血汤),a Report of 45 Cases

目的:观察益气生血汤治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜的临床疗效.方法:将88例患者随机分为两组.治疗组采用益气生血汤,对照组予激素或免疫抑制剂.结果:治疗组总有效率为95.6%(95%CI=84.6%～99.4%);对照组为88.4%(95%CI=78.8%～98.0%);两组综合疗效比较,未达显著性差异(u=1.7966,P=0.0725);治疗中治疗组发生不良反应10例,对照组23例,有明显差异(x2=9.1714,P＜0.005);有效病例2年后随访,治疗组复发率为13.95%(95%CI=3.59%～24.31%),对照组26.32%(95%CI=12.32%～40.32%),未达显著性差异(x2=1.9449,P=0.1825).结论:益气生血汤治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜疗效与激素或免疫抑制剂疗效相当,但不良反应较低,当进一步加大观察病例深入研究.

Objective ：To observe the effect of YSD in treating ITP. Method.88 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Patiants in the treatment group were treated with YSD , and patients in the control group were treated with glucocorticoid or immuno-suppressive drugs. Rusult：In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 95.6%（95%CI=84.6%～99.4%）. In the control group,it was 88.4%（95%CI=78.8%～98.0%）.The difference between the two groups was not notable（u=1.7966, P=0.0725） . During the course of treatment, 10 cases had side effect in the treatment group ,and 23 cases had side effect in the control group. The difference between the two groups was notable （x^2=9.1714,P〈0.05）. After two years follow-up visit,the recurrence rate in the treatment group was 13.95%（95%CI=3. 59%～24. 31%）,and in the control group,it was 26. 32%（95%CI=12. 32%～40. 32%）. Thedifference between the two groups was not notable （x^2=1.9449,P=0.1825）. Conclusion： YSD has equal effect to glucocorticoid or immuno-suppressive drugs in treating ITP. But it has less side effect.
